Coaching and psychology

I support my clients from two sides:  as a psychologist – through sharing my knowledge about men from the perspective of science, and as an attentive coach – by supporting you on your path towards change and growing good physical and mental state. As a psychologist, I can tell you what to do.  During the coaching process, however, it is you who will tell me what you want to do, and how you want to achieve your goals using your best tools.

While working with me, you will:

  • Discover how to maintain balance which will give you power and motivation to act
  • Get to know your strengths and learn how to make use of them
  • Get to know your weaknesses and learn how to cope with them
  • Feel more self-assured in your brain and your body
  • Feel a will to live and energy necessary for the desired change and development

Change is the main aim of coaching and may concern different spheres of your live. It is you who will decide on the challenges you want to face on your path to happiness.

We coach if:

  • You want to change your lifestyle, eating habits or, last but not least, find time for physical activity
  • You have certain convictions and fears which are an obstacle to taking actions and fulfilling your dreams, and you want to change it
  • You have to take an important decision and do not know which direction to choose
  • You run a business and perform a professional role which you want to expand
  • You have a specified problem that you want to cope with
